The right people for every movement.
Simon Event Services, a division of The Simon Agency, LLC, supports VIP and executive travel with professional ground transportation, Security Drivers, and coordinated protective transportation. Arrange transportation on its own or connect it with the security and operational support your event requires.
Airport and FBO arrivals, hotel transfers, conferences, roadshows, private functions and multi-stop itineraries need clear pickup instructions, dependable communication and a plan that follows the schedule.
- Executive and VIP transportation
- Security Drivers as a distinct service
- Protective transportation with separately scoped Executive Protection
- Event arrivals, departures and multi-location movement
Choose the service your assignment needs.
Professional chauffeur and ground transportation arrangements for airport and FBO transfers, business meetings, hotels, event venues and executive travel. An Executive Protection requirement is not needed to arrange transportation. Passenger counts, luggage, vehicle preferences, timing and waiting periods shape the quote.
A Security Driver is a security-focused driving role, distinct from ordinary chauffeur service. Movement preparation, route considerations, communications and coordination are matched to the assignment. Tell our operations team directly when a Security Driver is required so that qualifications, responsibilities and the delivery model can be confirmed.
Transportation can be combined with Executive Protection when both services are needed. The Security Driver and protection agent have distinct responsibilities; the personnel and vehicle arrangement are defined around the client, itinerary and operating environment. Protective support is scoped separately rather than assumed to be part of every vehicle booking.
Built around the event schedule.
VIP arrivals, speakers, executives, production teams and designated guests may be moving through different locations at the same time. We coordinate the movement schedule with event leadership, venue contacts and participating drivers, including staging, loading access and final departures.
- Airport/FBO meet-and-greet and arrival coordination
- Hotel-to-venue transfers and executive movements
- Meetings, roadshows and multi-stop itineraries
- Pickup points, vehicle staging and passenger handoffs
- Flight changes, delays, waiting time and itinerary updates
- Coordination with event security and access-control personnel
One point of coordination across locations.
A trip may involve a single arrival, several days of meetings or a wider itinerary. The Simon Agency’s operating resources and qualified regional transportation providers support an assignment-specific approach. We confirm the operating location, personnel, vehicle arrangements and availability before committing the service.
Vehicle types, accessibility needs, luggage capacity, waiting time and any protective requirements are agreed during quoting. Domestic and international requirements are reviewed individually; a booking request is subject to operations review and confirmation.
Tell us what the movement requires.
Share the dates, pickup and destination addresses, flight or private-aviation details, passenger and luggage counts, itinerary, vehicle preferences and expected waiting time. Identify any Security Driver or Executive Protection requirement at the start so the right team can review it.
