Event Medics

Medical readiness built around your event.

Medical planning should reflect the people, environment, and activities at your event. Simon Event Services coordinates event medical staffing and response arrangements so organizers have a clear plan before guests arrive.

Assess the medical need

Attendance alone does not determine medical coverage. Event duration, crowd profile, physical activity, weather, alcohol service, venue access, and distance to emergency care all inform the plan. We discuss these factors with you to define appropriate coverage.

Confirm people, equipment, and responsibilities

EMTs, paramedics, nurses, physicians, and partner resources may be coordinated according to the assignment. Personnel credentials, clinical responsibilities, equipment, and any required medical oversight are confirmed for the location and service scope. Services remain within each provider’s authorized scope of practice.

Make response routes clear

Medical locations should be easy for guests and staff to find. Teams need reliable communications, a process for requesting assistance, and clear access for emergency vehicles. Ambulance transport, hospital coordination, and additional resources must be arranged explicitly when required; onsite staffing does not automatically include transport.

Common questions

Coverage should follow an event-specific assessment and applicable local requirements. A short indoor meeting and a large outdoor festival can have very different needs even at similar attendance levels.

Yes. We can align medical and security communications, response routes, and reporting contacts while preserving appropriate patient privacy and clinical responsibilities.
